Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume seasons or new releases, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

US Shipping We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

• Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $50
• Standard Shipping (0–5 lbs): $4.90
• Standard Shipping (5–70 lbs): $19.90

Estimated delivery time after processing: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
